Various conference rooms are available in the ClassicX Landhaus & Hotel.

The maximum flexibility and high functionality of the Weinsaal (wine room) will impress you. It can be divided into up to three separate rooms with soundproofed, flexible walls. Every room offers lots of daylight because of the wide windows, has its own access to the terrace and is equipped with air-conditioning as well as a ventilation system including a fresh air supply.

There is daylight in the small but refined Weinstube (wine bar) with its own bar as well as air-conditioning and access to the internal courtyard. If you are planning an event for a small number of people, then this will be ideal for you.

Conference packages

You can book various conference packages with us. Depending on the size of the conference, we offer "half-day", "standard", "excursion" or "VIP" - customised to your individual requirements.

The standard conference technology includes a projector with screen, writing materials and pads, a flipchart and pinboard.

Meals

Would you like to end your conference with a relaxed, social event? Then you can round off your eventful day with a delicious evening meal in the ClassicX Landhaus & Hotel. You will be enchanted by the impressive ambience. We would be delighted to create an individual evening meal for you.

Wine tasting

Fresh, fruity or harmonious - regardless of which aroma you prefer, a wine tasting with us will become an unforgettable experience. We collaborate with winegrowers from the region, who are famous for their vines. We would be delighted to organise a successful conclusion to the evening. For wine connoisseurs and everyone who wants to become one.

Social programme

The Classicbid Centre in Rheinhessen is only 2 km away and definitely worth a visit. Why don't you start a tour there to see the fascinating classic and vintage car exhibition with up to 150 classics and travel back in time over the history of the motor vehicle.

Or you can experience the unusually beautiful countryside of the Upper Central Rhine valley, which features approximately 40 palaces, castles and fortresses.

We offer you small snacks and a warm soup. Depending on the season and the chef's choice.

Unlimited mineral water is available to all participants in the conference room. All other drinks are charged on the basis of the amount consumed.

We provide you with coffee and tea in our gourmet corner and offer you small homemade pastries and fruit. Coffe and tea are charged on the basis of the amount consumed.
